Our Vision

The name All Peoples Community Church (APCC) reflects God’s heart for all the peoples of the earth to be a new kind of people set apart for Him and united through Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:11-22). It was His promise to Abraham that “all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:1-3). God repeats this promise using synonyms “all nations” (Gen. 18:18) and “all peoples” (Genesis 28:14). In the Psalms, the LORD reveals He is a God for “all peoples” to worship Him.

Even during the exilic period, God’s promise did not fade, “And to him [Jesus] was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him” (Daniel 7:14).

In the New Testament, the Lord Jesus Christ echoes Daniel’s words, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations… (Matthew 28:18-20). The Great Commission is great, but the scope is not new. God's story culminates in Revelation 7:9 where the apostle John sees a vision of heaven "a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages" worshipping Jesus Christ. From Genesis to Revelation, we see God's heart for all peoples to be united in Jesus as a new community built on Christ (Ephesians 3:14--22).

The God of all creation has brought “all nations/all families/all peoples” here to Fairfax County and the DC metro, and our vision is to be a church for all peoples united in Christ, for the flourishing of our neighbors and the nations.

Our Mission

APCC exists to glorify God by making mature disciples who love God and love all peoples.
